Generally e-mail questions will be answered within twenty-four hours. Please wait at least twenty-four hours before calling to inquire about your e-mail question. Phone Support
If the above resources have not helped you, phone support is provided free of charge from the first 90 days of purchase. It is best if you have access to your WebSTAR or ListSTAR server or have examples of the problem from a log file when you talk to a technical support representative.

FTPd Support
Below are resources for obtaining support for FTPd. StarNine is unable to provide support for third party software such as FTPd.
The Apple-Internet-Providers mailing list is a forum for discussing the tools and techniques used in providing Internet services (WWW, FTP, Gopher, etc) using Macintosh computers.

You must be a subscriber to the list to post to it. Listproc (the mail server Apple uses) is very picky about addresses. In terms of reliability, it is probably better to subscribe and post from your primary e-mail account.
If you can't get the Listproc to work, send mail to server@abs.apple.com and include a copy of the error messages from listproc to speed debugging.
Further information about this list can be obtained from the WWW:
StarNine Technologies recommends System 7.5 or later when using the provided AppleScripts. StarNine can not provide support on customization of AppleScripts for use with the WebSTAR and ListSTAR products.
